how a help seeker starts a chat or SMS/Text conversation
how a Vols-Staff person assumes a conversation
how to interact with a help seeker during a conversation
how to log the conversation in the contact form
how to make referrals in the conversation
how to send referrals after the conversation ends via email or SMS/Text
the differences between Live Chat and SMS/Text
how to use Statistics to reports on Messaging conversations
The duration of this training webinar is 29 minutes.
This training webinar shows how to use Messaging 2.0, or integrated Messaging, where, when the Messaging conversation is assumed, the contact form for the Messaging portal opens, and the Messaging conversation is in the first tab of the contact form. The majority of iCarol clients using Messaging are using Messaging 2.0. However, a small number of clients may still be using Messaging 1.0.
