  • Navigate to common areas quickly in the fewest clicks possible.
  • Stay informed about scheduled iCarol events such as maintenance, training, and updates.
  • Share important news and announcements with your team members when they first log on.

  • Quick Links: Access common areas of iCarol that you use every day, making it easier to jump to that area and complete tasks. Click Here to learn more about Quick Links
  • News and Announcements: Admins can post important information, with announcements set to pop up when users first log in to ensure everyone stays informed. Click here to learn more about News and Announcements.
  • Events Calendar: Filter your view to include iCarol maintenance, webinars, updates, upcoming shifts, substitution requests, and important dates and events posted by your Admins. Click here to learn more about Events. 
  • On-Call Workers: For those using new Shifts, On-Call Workers will be listed on the Homepage for easy reference. Click here to learn more about On Call Workers. 
  • iCarol Announcements: Updates about new features, tips and tricks, and exciting opportunities to learn more about iCarol services. Click here to learn more about iCarol Announcements.

Try the new Homepage

You can try the new Homepage at any time, and go back to the legacy page at any time. To try the new Homepage, go to the Homepage (If you are an Admin, go to the Homepage everyone else sees). In the new banner at the top, click on "Enable new Homepage" button. This will change your default Homepage to the newest version.



At any time, you can go back to the legacy Homepage by clicking the "Legacy Homepage" button located above "iCarol Announcements" on the right side of the page.
