New Homepage - On Call Workers

On Call Workers

Similar to how the On Call Worker shows on the Contacts Main page, the On Call Workers card automatically shows the contact information for those working On-Call Shifts. The name of the Vol-Staff who is On-Call is displayed, along with their contact information from their Vol-Staff profile in preferred order. 


Idea

Click on a phone number to directly dial from your device if configured. Your smartphone/device or computer must have access to calling software to make the call using your software.

 

For information on how to create an On-Call Shift visit this article if you are using Legacy Shifts, or this article if your organization has upgraded.

 

Notes
IMPORTANT: The On-Call Workers card will only show On-Call workers for organizations using New Shifts, at this time if your organization is using Legacy Shifts, On-Call workers will not display. Please contact iCarol Support for information about upgrading.
