What are iCarol Quick Links

Quick Links are shortcuts that help you quickly jump to important and commonly used tools in iCarol. Each Quick Link has a count of how many tasks need to be done, like Contact Record drafts waiting for review, flagged Resources, and follow-ups. Each link has a tip explaining how the Count is calculated. Supervisors and Administrators see all links, but frontline staff only see links relevant to their work.

Tip: If you don't see a Quick Link you are expecting to see, it's likely because you do not have permission to access that area. Contact your Administrator for assistance.

 

How to use Quick Links

• Click on any Quick Link to open the related iCarol page
  
• The Count automatically updates as tasks are completed by you or anyone else
• Click on the question mark button to display a tip explaining the Count. 
  

We are planning improvements to Quick Links! We know some links do not open the direct pages referenced, such as "My Feedback" and "My Drafts", which means until we modernize these new pages, you may need to take additional steps to access these types of pages and lists - although we tried to get you as close as possible.

Our next major Modernization project focuses on Contact Forms and Records, which will also overhaul the Contacts Main page, which many of these Quick Links target. While we work on this new project, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
