Assign Contact Records to ReferralQ

How to assign Contact Records to your ReferralQs

Once your ReferralQ is configured with Statuses, assigned Contact Forms and Resources, the "Assign this Contact Record to a ReferralQ" panel will display on the Resources section of your Contact Record. Any volunteer-staff user who has permission to submit records using that Contact Form can assign Contact Records to available ReferralQs.
  1. Create a new Contact Record from a Contact Form assigned to a ReferralQ
  2. Click on the 'Resources" tab or scroll to the Resources section of your Contact Record (Note: your Resources tab may be named differently depending on your Contact Form overall settings)
  3. From the "Assign this Contact Record to a ReferralQ" section:
    1. Click the checkbox under "Select" to add the Contact Record to the selected ReferralQ
    2. Choose an available Status (Note: The Status can be defaulted by editing the ReferralQ settings)
    3. (Optional) Enter a Note which allows you to share information with ReferralQ Dashboard users and your partners using the Provider Portal
    4. Note: The Resource Program and Updated On fields will populate and display values when the Contact Records status, note, or assigned resource is changed
  4. Submit the Contact Record
  5. Remove the Contact Record from the ReferralQ by unclicking the Select checkbox
  6. To view the ReferralQ History, click on "History of ReferralQ changes to this Contact Record." 

View ReferralQ details from existing Contact Records

Previously submitted records display the current assigned ReferralQ, Status, Note, Assigned resource (if available) and date of last change
  1. Open a previously submitted Contact Record
  2. Scroll to the "ReferralQ" section
