Introduction To Reporting - Part 1

During part one of this training participants will:
  1. Receive a high level overview of Statistics and Data Exports in iCarol
  2. Learn about the different reports and tools available in each area of Statistics
  3. Review the data available in the Data Export tool
  4. Begin to understand the relationships between the files included in the export

The duration of this training webinar is 40 minutes.

Advanced Reporting: Statistics – Analysis Area - Part 2

During part two of this training participants will:
Understand what data is included in each Chart Type in Analysis area
Learn how to use the Filters and Tools available in the Analysis area, including:
  1. Call (Contact) Content Filters
  2. Standard Filters
  3. Total Distinct Calls
  4. 'Click here to see Contact Records that match these filters' link
  5. Saved Chart Type
  6. Drilling into charts
  7. Exporting chart data to csv files

The duration of this training webinar is 43 minutes.

Advanced Reporting: Contact Record Data Exports - Part 3

During part three of this training participants will:
  1. Learn about the data included in each of the Contact Record Data Export files and how the files relate to one another
  2. Begin to understand how you can use tools in Excel, like Workbook Links and PivotTables, to get desired data points for reporting
  3. Briefly discuss how this raw data can be imported into another application to create dashboards and other types of reports

The duration of this training webinar is 33 minutes.


Advanced Reporting: Contact Record Export Template Builder - Part 4

The Export Builder allows you to design your own Contact Record exports for use in your reports and data-sharing partnerships and projects. During this training participants will learn how to use the Export Builder, including:
  1. Creating Bundles with one or more Layouts
  2. Understanding Primary Content in Layouts
  3. Adding and Mapping Fields in Layouts
  4. Use cases to help streamline reporting
  5. Exporting Bundles one-time manually, or automatically based on a schedule
