Training Plan: Statistics, Exports and Reports

The information in this training plan is meant to be reviewed by your organization, and used as guidance on what should be included in your individualized training materials created for your users when learning how to use iCarol. Using the Knowledge Base articles linked below result in great success when teaching users about how iCarol works. Please sign into iCarol before clicking any of the links.

You may need to use the data stored in iCarol to create reports for community stakeholders, funders, or simply because you wish to further analyze the services you're providing. By default only Admins have access to the Data Export tool, and Admins and Supervisors have access to Statistics; permission to access each tool can be granted to users in the Advanced Security Settings.
