This session will be the first in a series on Managing Resources. Part one will focus on understanding what a resource database is, with an emphasis on Resource Structure in iCarol and an introduction to Field Visibility. During this training, we will cover the following:

Managing Resources Part III: Understanding Referrals and Needs Data
During this training participants will learn how to use the Custom Categories & iCarol AIRS Taxonomy Tools. We will discuss:
Settings related to saving referrals and Needs
Saving referrals in Contact Records to resources using Met Needs, Unmet Needs, and Referral Status
Reports available related to referrals to resources, Met Needs, Unmet Needs, and Referral Status
Managing Resources Part IV: Resource Database Sharing
During this webinar, participants will learn about sharing Resources with other iCarol databases or partners outside of iCarol, including the following:
