During this training, participants will learn how to search for and make referrals to resources within a contact form, as well as the ways to send this information to your help seekers:

  2. Making Referrals
  3. Documenting Met/Unmet needs
  4. Sending referrals by Email
  5. Sending referrals by SMS/text



Managing Contact Forms - Part I

During this training participants will learn how to use the following areas and tools to help manage Contact Form versions:
  1. General guidelines when managing your Contact Form versions
  2. Available settings when managing your forms
  3. Adding new forms to your system
  4. Adding new fields to your forms
  5. Updating existing fields in your forms



Managing Contact Form Versions - Part II

During this training participants will expand on the lessons from part 1 in this series on Managing Contact Forms (see above), and will focus specifically on creating and managing Conditional Questions in your contact Form versions. Conditional Questions are questions added to a Contact Form that are hidden by default, and only appear when a specific (trigger) answer is selected. There are countless use cases where your organization may want to utilize this functionality.
  1. General guidelines when using Conditional Questions
  2. How to add a Conditional Category
  3. How to add a Conditional Group
  4. How to clone existing Categories and Groups
  5. How to set up a Conditional Questions with multiple triggers



Managing Contact Form Versions - Part III: "Linked" Contact Form Versions
