ReferralQ Resource Capacity
What is ReferralQ Resource Capacity?
Resource Capacity allows Resource Editors and Provider Portal users to share with your ReferralQ Dashboard users and viewers of your Resource Records how many referrals the Resource/Provider can serve. For example, the Provider may only have the capacity to take on 3 new cases this week, to schedule 5 donation pickups, or have 25 beds available at their shelter. By updating the Resource Capacity, referrals can be made to Providers with the capacity to serve the help seeker. Resource Editors and Provider Portal users can update the current capacity at any time, in addition to scheduling future capacity.
