What is the Monthly Shift Report

By setting shift expectations in Admin Tools > Shifts tab, iCarol will track whether or not each person is meeting these expectations or not. Then every month, Admins and Supervisors will get an email showing you who is meeting, exceeding, not meeting and exempt from these expectations. This email is the Monthly Shift Report, which Admin and Supervisor level users can opt in to receive through their Vol-Staff profile (Notifications panel). Admins can exempt Vol-Staff members from shift expectations which will prevent that user from being highlighted in the Monthly Shift Report. To exempt a Vol-Staff from shift expectations, go to their profile from Vols-Staff, click "edit", navigate to the Admin panel of the profile and select "exempt from shift expectations". 

Below is the Monthly Shift Report email that is automatically sent once a month to Admins/Supervisors who have enabled this notification email in their Vols-Staff profile:

People who did more shifts than expected
More than 5 shifts last 5 weeks
