iCarol Uptime Statistics

Our service level agreement for uptime is 99.95%, which calculates to an average of about 10 minutes of downtime per week. In May 2017, we calculated our up-time at 99.99%; that’s less than an average of 1 minute of downtime weekly. To give you an idea of how iCarol's uptime compares with other big name, cloud based software services, here are some additional statistics:

The iCarol Status Monitor is a web page that gives the ability to see the uptime status of major iCarol systems at any time. In the event of an outage we'll also post timely information and updates there. To check iCarol status issues go to status.icarol.com.

Scheduled maintenance notifications are posted for Admins up to one week in advance on the Dashboard and Vols-Staff are informed up to 12 hours in advance upon sign-on.
