iCarol Admin User Community
The iCarol User Community is accessed from the Dashboard when Admin level users first log into iCarol. This is a place for Admin from iCarol systems to:
- share current challenges and solutions about issues you're currently experiencing. For example, how to categorize a specific resource, assistance with developing internal processes, and other industry-related questions to help your organization keep up with trends and funding opportunities
- learn about iCarol from other users' experiences by asking questions that can be answered by other Admin level users who are familiar with how to use iCarol for optimal results
