How to temporarily switch your security level
Admins can switch security levels temporarily, to see how other vols-staff members view your iCarol system.
Steps to temporarily switch your security level:
- Click Admin Tools from the left side menu
- Click the Tools tab
- Under the heading Switch your Role, select the desired security level from the drop down menu that you want to view (trainee, standard, enhanced, supervisor)
- Click on "Go" and you can now navigate through the system and see what a worker with the selected security level sees
- To restore your Admin security status, sign out by clicking "Exit" and sign back in to iCarol
