Statistics on Outbound Calls

Statistics on Outbound Calls

  1. Admins and Supervisors have access to Statistics information (and other users if given special security permission).
  2. You can run a report on number of outbound calls made and number of outbound clients. 
  3. You can export the selected data to excel (click on excel icon).
Steps to run report on call location:
  1. Click on "Statistics".
  2. Under the yellow bar that reads "Click on an area below to get the detailed reports" click on "Outbound".
  3. Under choose a report - select the report you want to see:
    1. Number of calls made 
    2. Number of clients
  4. Select a year under "year to consider"
  5. Indicate how you want to summarize the calls information; available options:
    1. Client name
    2. Client city
    3. Client county
    4. Client gender
    5. Incidents reported
    6. Called Emerg. Contact
  6. The data will automatically display on the page based on your selection.
Note: The Outbound Calls Statistics report for Number of Calls includes complete where the client was reached and attempts where the caller was not. For additional information on the number of calls completed versus those not completed, export your Outbound Calls data using the Admin Tools data export tool.
