You can make one custom resource field appear on your list of resource records that have been flagged for review. When you enable this feature, you are also able to see the date that the resource was flagged and the reason it was flagged.

To create a custom field that will enable this feature:
  1. Click Resources from the left hand menu and click Manage Resources
  2. Click Custom fields
  3. Click the Add a new custom field button, and add a name for the field
  4. Choose the type of field "drop down list", enter a name for the new field and choose the visibility options that will meet your needs
  5. After you click the Save button, select the new field name in the Custom Field list
  6. Select the resource records you wish the custom field to display on
  7. Click "Add new item to this field" to add selections for the field
