iCarol is compatible and able to run on most web browsers. We recommend you review the information below and choose the browser that best meets your needs; whichever you choose, make sure you use the most up to date version:
- On average, over 50% of our users prefer Google Chrome
- In addition to Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari (for Mac users only), and Microsoft Edge are also supported by iCarol, as they are all secure and require encryption methods
- Note, there are known issues with Firefox and iCarol PDF documents, so if you often use the "create/print to PDF" feature in iCarol, Firefox may not be your best choice.
- If your preferred browser it not listed above, we recommend you don’t use it to access iCarol because it has not been tested as secure and requiring encryption
