iCarol IP Addresses and Ports

Some clients may need to know the specific IP addresses and ports iCarol uses to ensure their network and firewall settings are set correctly to allow users access to iCarol. The features that may benefit from IP Whitelisting include Scheduled Exports using S/FTP connections, Contact Record API and Data Replication.

Chat visitors communicate with the iCarol servers via HTTP, which use ports 80 and 443.

Customers who have special Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) may not need to or benefit from IP whitelisting.
