History of Changes to Contact Records
Depending on the settings configured in your system, users can edit Contact Records, as sometimes you may need to make changes to a record after it's submitted, or delete records in case it was submitted by mistake.
History of Changes to Contact Records Link
Whenever you make a change to your Contact Records, who, when and what change was made will be added to the History of Changes automatically. You can view the history of changes by navigating to the view or edit page of the submitted Contact Record, and clicking on “History of changes to this Contact Record” which will open a panel with change history details, as shown in the screenshot below:
