Highlight Contact Records

There are 3 options to highlight call reports on the main Calls page - Manually highlight a call report, Automatically highlight a call report and Automatically mark a  crisis call report:

Manually highlight a call report

You can mark a call report so that it gets highlighted on the main Calls page when you want other phone workers to be aware of this incident. This feature may or may not be turned on by your Admin.
Steps to highlight call report:
  1. When you create a new call report (or edit an existing one), go to the Finish tab/section.
  2. Scroll down and mark the check box "Highlight this report on the main Calls page. Other phone workers should be aware of this incident".

Automatically Highlight call report

Your call report can be set up so that certain selection(s) in your call report automatically trigger the call report to be highlighted (report summary line with Yellow background color) on the main Calls page.
Steps to set up:
  1. The call report double click on the group title that contains the item that should trigger the highlight. A pop-up box will open.
  2. Inside the edit pop-up box click on "Modify Items". You will see the list of items and a highlight check box for each.
  3. Selecting the check box will trigger the automatic highlight when this selection is made on a call report you create after enabling the setting.

Automatically mark a call report as crisis call

Your call report can be set up so that certain selection(s) in your call report automatically trigger the call report to be marked as a crisis call on the main Calls page (report summary line appears as red text).
