What details are shown in the Header and Footer of iCarol?
iCarol displays a Header at the top and a Footer at the bottom of every iCarol page. The Header and Footer details are intended to provide quick access to some important information.
The Header includes:
Your name (e.g. John)
The name of the iCarol System you have successfully logged into (e.g. Helpline)
The date and time of the iCarol System (systems Timezone, not necessarily the users) you have successfully logged into (e.g. Tuesday, September 7 11:36 AM)

iCarol copyright information
Current version number (e.g. 3.59.21244.1)
User preferred language setting (e.g. en-US)
Users connected iCarol server (e.g. ccwb0000K)

The connectivity icon shows:
Dark green when there is a strong connection
Blinking orange when a connection is in progress
Light green when there is a slow connection
Red when there has been a disconnection
What to do if a connection cannot be established (orange) or there has been a disconnection (red)?
If Red or Orange displays, consider refreshing the page and checking your internet connection.
Tip: By hovering over the icon, a tooltip will display with a label for the icon. When submitting a screenshot to iCarol Support, is it recommended to include the Connectivity icon in the screenshot.
