Traditional Status Button Customization Options

The Traditional Live Chat Status Button uses an iframe to display an online or offline image as a button on your website. When the online button is clicked, the chat will open in a new window for the help-seeker. This option offers limited look, style and feels customization options for the colors and logo displayed on the Help-Seeker pages. 

Tip: Consider using the Live Chat Popup Messaging Widget, this modern design for Live Chat service offers an improved user experience, mobile responsive pages and includes unlimited access for uploading or changing your logos and popup colors.

Traditional Status Button Customization options include:
You will have the ability to choose the color and font size for:
  1. Color of  the thin strip at the very top
  2. Logo (transparent .png file of your logo that does not exceed 742 pixels wide by 72 pixels high)
  3. Color of Header Bar Background
  4. Top Bar Font Color (not seeing new…)
  5. Top Bar Background
  6. Link Color (click, end, privacy…)
  7. Buttons: background color
  8. Send button background color
  9. Right side background color
  10. Footer - upper
  11. Footer - lower
Customization options do not include:
  1. Any change to the layout, page elements/sections or the display order
Note, this feature may have an additional cost associated with it. If your organization is interested in enabling this feature, then a designated Support Contact from your organization can go to 'Help' in the left side menu and submit a case to request more information.
