Attachments and Storage Space

Additional Storage Space for Attachments

Your iCarol system comes with 1 GB of storage for attachments, which can be added to the following areas of iCarol:
  1. Contact records, including Public Web forms
  2. Help Seeker Profiles
  3. Resource records
  4. News items
  5. Chatboard messages
If your organization exceeds the 1 GB of storage, then additional storage can be added to your system. 
This may have an additional cost associated with it, so if your organization is interested in enabling this feature, then a designated Support Contact from your organization can go to 'Help' in the left side menu and submit a ticket to request more information.
