Manage Resources -  List All Resources

When you have Resources enabled in your iCarol system, resource editors and user with access privileges have access to additional tools to help manage your resource records. One such tool, is the 'List all resources" report that allows you to review your various records without completing searches.

To access the List all Resources tool:
  1. Log into iCarol, with an account that has access to edit resources
  2. Click on "Resources" from the left menu
  3. Click on "Manage resources" from the left of the geographic filters
  4. In the "Listings" section, click on "List all resources"
Choose your listings filters:
  1. Choose the records to include in the listing (eg. Agencies, Programs, Sites, ProgramAtSites)
  2. Choose to only show resources that are, "Flagged for review" and/or "w/ (with) temporary message" and/or "w/ (with) no Coverage Area defined"
  3. Choose to include or exclude "active" resources from the "Include active resources" setting above the list, and below the listings column
Note: When you have more than 5000 resources, you will have access to additional subset filters of your records. The subsets include numerical, and alphabetical groups, filter and sort your records by. (eg. 9-0, ABC, DEF, GHI, etc.) Please be aware that the records display count, only includes those records in the current display.
